First Dinosaur Discovery
Department of Mineral Resources was at Phu Pratu Teema in the Phu Wiang Nation Park, Wiang Kao district, Khon Kaen province in 1976 Sutham Yaemniyom a geologist of the Department while conducting a uranium exploration.
The bone, shown below, is a detail part of femur of a giant sauropod dinosaur aged Early Cretaceous.
